Activity Descriptions
Helo Dunker
The helo dunker serves a fun and important purpose, of simulating a crash landing in a helicopter and giving trainees water survival tactics to use in a variety of situations. (includes one time on the dunker, plus remaining time free swim).
Water Zip Line
150-ft. zip line water landing. Includes one time on the water Zip Line and remaining time free swim in allotted window.
Flight Sims
Airplane Simulator which are designed to closely replicate the controls, systems, and environment of real aircraft, creating an immersive and realistic flight experience.
Free Swim
Casual swim time in the lake.
MAT/1/6 Chair
Includes 1 time on MAT/1/6 chair
- The Multi-Axis Trainer: a training tool that simulates a spacecraft/aircraft tumble. Participants ride in a suspended chair assembly within three rotating rings. The experience helps individuals prepare for the disorientation that can occur during spaceflight emergencies or during a simulated space shuttle mission
- Minimum Height- 48″
- Maximum Weight- 260 lbs
- Must wear closed-toe/closed heel shoes
- The 1/6th Chair: a simulator that helps campers experience what it’s like to walk on the Moon. It simulates the Moon’s gravity, which is about 1/6th of Earth’s gravity.
- Must wear closed-toe/closed heel shoes

Suit up for a mission to the International Space Station or train for a landing on the moon! Space Camp® is the ultimate educational experience that illuminates real-world applications of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
