Dr. Bill Brantley attended Space Camp in the fourth week of 1982. Today he is the President and Chief Learning Officer of Brantley Advanced Social Science Applications (BAS2A) and an accomplished scholar in leadership theory, organizational theory, digital transformation, project management, and communication theory. With a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management and advanced degrees in political management, project management, and organizational leadership, Dr. Brantley specializes in leveraging generative AI, causal AI, and low-code/no-code development for composable organizations. He holds over 30 professional certifications and has completed extensive coaching training. A prolific author, Dr. Brantley has published three influential books and developed 12 online courses with global enrollment exceeding 25,000 students. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of Louisville and the University of Maryland, he consistently earns top teaching evaluations. With over 16 years of federal and five years of state government experience, Dr. Brantley is an expert in learning technologies, instructional design, and leadership development. He has received national recognition, including the 2019 Emerging Training Leader award, for his innovative contributions to public sector training programs.
